Dude in Trademeet Tavern

I have a question for anyone who will listen.
Does anyone know whats with the dude in the tavern in trademeet. When you talk to him he dies or something. I have tried all the speech choices. Does he pop up later? He says something like "oh no another bhallspawn!"

He's most prob'ly a bhall spawn himself your daddy(bhaal) says "oi no! i kill u b4 u kill him!@

No, he doesn't show up later in the game and there are no quests relating to him. He's probably in there only for comic relief.

(I'm going to try to talk to him without my main character nearby, since I heard the dialogue may be different..) Too bad there aren't rabid chickens running around somewhere..

I just remembered that if you walk into the tavern while invisible he won't notice you right away and self-destruct. I think I snuck up to him invisible and engaged him in some minor conversation before he realized I was a Bhaal spawn. I didn't get anything good out of him ... I think he's just comic relief also.

Does anyone think maybe he will appear in TOB?
