Imperial Cult Muck

Post by Dai Shan »

I am currently on the quest given to you as a lay healer whereby you must go collect 5 units of muck. I went to Gnisis to collect the stuff but there was only 4 units in the entire farm. Is there any other places where I can get some more muck? C'mon, I need the muck!

Now, I can't really remember exactly those quests, because you get several that looks like each other.

But, have you tried to enter the farm house near the palce you collected the muck, they might have something in a basket or chest or something.

You can (and may) just buy it somewhwere, there's no difference. And there's muck all around, you aren't restricted to this particular spot. To deliver the shipment to the Orc priest is more important altogether not necessary. This is just one of the missions supposed to get you familiar with certain places and to teach you how to travel and explore.

Where to find muck

Besides buying the muck from an apothecary you can find lots of it on the coasts and small islands all over the game. As with all natual ingredients you need to make note of where they tend to grow or appear. Some items grow in swamps and caves (mushrooms for example), some grow in coastal areas (muck, marshmerrow, crabmeat, etc), others in the wastelands (trama root), others on the plains (wickwheat), and so on. There are lots of muck sponges on the islands around Sadrith Mora and on the isles of Lake Amaya (near the Fields of Kummu), etc.

Thanks for all the suggestions, but the problem was solved in a much simpler way. By saving it then exiting, then going back into the game, all the muck in the patch had appeared again so I am now able to continue on the quests.
