about levels

I want to be a dark Jedi, and for some of the best darkpowers you need to be lvl 18. Can i do everything on Taris and just don't level up untill i become a jedi? So that i can get a 2/18-character?

You don't need to have 18 levels in your Jedi class. The level requisite on force powers refers to overall character level.

You can, but it will be hard til you become Jedi. Look on the customer characters sheet, there you'll find a guide to a Sith Witch.
