Is the forceregeneration gained from the Heart of the Guardian and the Mantle of the Force still bugged is it already fixed?

And is it bugged for all items (i believe there is a mask that does the same) or just for the crystals
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

It hasn't been fixed for the lightsaber modifiers. I believe the sith mask functions correctly.
