Edric_Bayne why the hell would you make an inquisitor!

Edric_Bayne why would you not take keldorn on. There is only one holy avenger to go around. You can do the unseen eye quest very early beacuse it is really easy with the sheild of balduran. When you first find keldorn he only has a dex of 9 but on that quest you find gauntlets of dexteriry. He also has 17 str but at the Adventurer's Mart you can buy the belt to increase it to 19 for very cheap. So his stats are 19,18,17,12,16,18 not to bad. So if you made and inquisitor you are wasting your time.

Ummm... because that's the class I wanted to play.

Since this will be my first time through BG2, I'm unaware of the available NPCs, quests and items. So it looks as if I'll pass on Keldorn and fill my party with 5 other NPCs. Perhaps the second time through the game I'll start with a different class and do as you suggest.

Yeah, not everyone has analyzed, re-analyzed, and disected the entire game in order to make the perfect character/party to slaughter everyone in the game. Uh, its just a game guys. And you got to admit, although many have severe weaknesses, most of the kit descriptions sound pretty cool and interesting.
