Does anyone find it odd that monks cannot use certain weapons like staves? I'm talking from a role-play perspective and not "uber munchkin or not". If they're going to base a class on a martial artist you'd think they could use a big stick at least since that's the most basic weapon out there.
Ofcourse they should be able to use staves. I think the reason was had something to do with the avatar for monk and that it would be complicated if they should be able to use twohanded weapons.
