Having just bumped Xvim off, who do I recieve said holy water from??

From what it sounds in my Prima's official strategy guide that it should appear when you slay Xvim. It could be either an item on the floor or a location (like a statue or something) that you click on. I think i'm missing something.

You definitely get it after slaying Xvim but i can't remember whether it just appeared in my inventory or whether I picked it up off the floor.
