Never Tombs and the Divining Pool

Ok, I have a slight problem. I know that I need the 3 artifacts (swod, shield and arrow) to get into the tombs.....however I have apparently sold them somewhere....but I can't find where.

This leads me to my next question.

The Divining Pool. How does it work? How do I use it? And can I use it to find the 3 artifacts?

I've never actually used the divining pool, so can't tell you how it works.

But the items for opening the never tomb doors are plot items and worth 0gp, so it dosen't seem likely that you sold them.
Then it is more likely you have dropped them somewhere (You are sure you have picked them up?

)

Try using the pool and seeing what it turns up.

mmmmm.....then I don't know where the heck they are. I can remember having them in my inventory....is it possible that Oleff has them? I'll check that out next since I've gone to every place that I've sold/bought items and as a rule these areas are the only places that I drop things (so I know where to look for them later...lol....that works well, huh?)

And I've tried using the divine pool....dropped some gold into it but it doesn't bring up anything. I did "sell" the pool some things (basic gems, etc....), would this have an affect on what it "display"?

k..now I'm confused...I went back and spoke to Briley in the first Never Tomb...and the 3 artifacts were back there......so I guess never mind...lol.....but thanks
