2 questions.
Hi. I have two questions.
1. I'm currently doing the Cult of Unseeing Eye quest, but when I enter some round room with a valve in the middle, the doors shut close and 2 vampire spirit things appear. How on earth do I kill those?
2. I want to change some things in my party.
Currently I have:
PC: Ranger
Aerie (don't want to lose her because of romance)
Jaheira
Nalia (don't want to lose her because of thieving skills)
Minsc
Keldorn (just picked him up instead of Korgan, he kept *****ing at Aerie)
But I want to hava a good cleric, and I could use an extra fighter. I can't choose between Viconia and Anomen. Which would you pick, and who should they replace?
2 questions. (SPOILERS)

I dont recall that vampire battle so no advice there.
But on your party, Nalia isnt realy a good thief (to be more direct she sucks (in my opinion that is)) Try Yoshimo or Jan as your thief (Jan is a better theif AND a better mage then Nalia)
I wouldnt pick Viconia cause she's evil and you have an all good party.
I dont think you need an extra fighter you have 4 already. Same for the cleric. You have Aery and Jaheira that's 2 priest-spellcasters and that's more then enough.
When you switch Nalia for Jan you have a very decent party, and the same party I finished the game the first time with.

Per the site owner's sticky thread at the top of this forum:
To ensure that everyone gets the most out of their Baldur's Gate II adventuring, please make sure to add "SPOILER" to the name of any new threads that contain information that might spoil someone else's gaming experience.
I'm adding that to your thread title, Feror. Please keep it in mind when creating new threads in the future. And welcome to GameBanshee.

To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Let me answer those in reverse order.
Stilgar is right - you're mostly missing thief support, and Nalia doesn't really have much in the way of thieving skills, so get Yoshimo or Jan, and you'll do fine.
Of the two priest choices, well, Viconia is a really solid cleric, but she is evil, and you do have enough priestlyness. Anomen is a solid fighter/priiest, but you have plenty of melee force there, and he can be a little annoying
On part 2 you have to open the door to get out of the poison gas, and whack the two vampiric mist critters. Look around for a way to do that - if you get really stuck, highight the text below for a spoiler.
The wheel in the center of the room will open the door.

I have given up all lesser evils as inadequate to my purpose.
1. Cast zone of clean air as soon as the fog appears to get rid of that. Then just whack the things (maybe use a negative plane protection or 2) and try turn undead with aerie. They cast instant invis every time you hit them but will appear again soon so keep going.
2. I think Jaheira and Aerie are quite enough priest wise but if you want more i suggest losing jaheira for anomen. However I think that party you have is good except for nalia who would be better replaced by jan, or even imoen when you save her.

Have you ever heard any more inspiring or logical words? I sure haven't.

Third: I've exchanged Nalia for Jan, and he's pretty cool.
Jan's the best thief in the game, hand's down. With Aerie and Jan as your mages you may feel a bit magically challenged in SoA, but both come into their own in ToB. Aerie will be able to use triggers that include both mage and clerical spells, while Jan gets the chance to wear and wield anything you wish. (Just once, I'd like to see him in plate mail chopping down undead using Carsomyr.

thank you Stilgar!!! one of my favorite songs i've written about jan...
nalia does not really suck...she is a bad thief, she requires potions and items to become acceptable, but she does have some good advantages...
she is worse thief than imoen, and far far worse than jan, but...
like immy, she is single level, so she will level up faster as a mage...
she is stronger, can carry more loot, (like potions) than immy or jan without a strength belt, and until you get to tob, that is not a minor issue at all...
her ring gives her 50% magic resistance, which you can exploit it, by giving her mage robe of fire resistance, and possibly the ring of fire resistance, she can easily become almost or completely immune to fire...cast fireballs without worrys, use incindiary cloud at high level without worry, for example, chain contingency inc cloud on SELF...a very effective tactic...
nalia: Oh crap, here i am, stuck in a room full of oogly googlys...what shall this poor helpless maiden do???
*nalia casts chain contingency self, see enemy, maze, inc cloud, inc cloud*
she pops out of sight, while inc clouds entertain the oogly googlys....
if she pops out of maze before the inc cloud wears off, no problem, she is almost immune to fire...but she does look like she's got a bad perm...
They call me Darth...
