Watchers Keep

Does it make a difference to the story line whether or not u kill the big monster creature at the bottom of the watchers keep or not.

(i forgot its name)

You don't have to kill the Imprisoned One. There are other alternatives.

And no matter what you do at Watcher's Keep, it won't have any effect on the rest of the game.

One thing to bear in mind though:

SPOILER

If you go down to the level where the Imprisoned One is, no matter what your decision, you will not be able to buy or sell anything to the priestess at the top ever again. Whether or not you kill the demon, they all go away the next time you talk to them. So make sure you do all your shopping before entering the final level. ;) (I only mention this because I went down there to scout around before I bought firetooth.)
