Wild Colour Changes??/

sorry another problem

when ever my mage cleric or druid tries to cast spells is appers as this wild surge:wild colour changes
i canot cast any spells please help

Do you sometimes use the: Ctrl+r, Ctrl+j, and all the other combinations, I believe there is one combination where you make the spells go wild surge.. Think it's Ctrl+h, but not sure about that... Could be what's wrong..
