i just installed SoA in my computer and i will install ToB after i finish game and will play with the same party but i have questions about sorcerer stats
1-as i read int is not important at SoA you could make your int 10 and max other stats is it true?
2-at ToB is int important for sorcerers of just 10 int is enough?
3-i dont know if i should put points to charisma to my sorcerer?
is 18 charisma ring(i forgot name) good choice? or should i put points for charisma and save ring spot?
4-whats your sorcerer starting stats?(i read some ppl have more starting points then 75 how is it possible without cheat?)

Welcome to the board.
I'm not realy familiar with the sorcerer, but i believe your right about the fact that 10int will do (also in ToB, and there are always potions to boost it up a little).
As for charisma, i recommand getting it high, that way items in shops are cheaper, and the reaction of NPC's towards you is better, and an extra ringslot can be very handy for a spellcaster.
I recommand installing ToB rightaway, it has no effect on the SoA storyline (except that you are able to travel to watcherskeep, that you can also acces from ToB) but it adds some nice things like loot/door/container highlite when pressing Tab. and it places the exp-cap alot higher. Also there is a new class available.
(there is no reaseon why you shouldnt install it right away)
About the starting stats, you can reroll them (small button at the bottem)
PS. Remember to download the latest patch (ToB-patch here)
And the bonusmerchants from the special edition of the game (here)

I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
Int. is not so important for sorc., and it will only affect some dialogue thet check for int..
Wis. on the contrary is important for the use of the Wish spell.
Regarding the rolling, a roll higher than 85 is not too difficoult.
My suggestion:
Dex.: 19 (choose an elf)
Con.: 16
Wis.: 18
Str.: 10
Int.: 10+
Cha.: 15+

In general I would minimize CHR and use the ring when you need it (i.e. when shopping).
On the other hand, for a Sorceror, wearing both the Ring of Acuity and the Ring of Wizardry is a great advantage because it increases the number of spells you can cast. Swapping rings in this case would lose some of those extra spells unless you rest after swapping back.
On the other, other hand, (which is the hand that we started on), the Item Upgrade Mod will consolidate both of those rings into one, so if you have that mod, you have a free hand... so to speak.
