IVE SEARCH THE SHOP FOR 30 MINUTES AND DIDNT FIND IT PLZ HELP ME IM GONA KILL AlL PPL IN SHOP!!!

Once you get outa the underdark (no i am not talking about the vinconia romance!) he offers to show you his goods (similar to the anomen romance.

Let you read hints sometimes during area change. Then you should find the Adv.Mart should be restocked once in the game. They do not say, though, the restock depends on some conditions you, seems, definitely haven't just now
