Force Wave vs Stasis Field

Post by Jacmert »

Hi, everyone.

I was wondering what you guys think about the Force Push => Force Wave powers versus the Stun => Stasis Field powers. I'm a Level 5 scoundrel Level ? Guardian right now, and I was wondering whether you guys think I should go with both trees or just stick with one, and why. Also, does Force Push => Force Wave work on droids?

Thanks.

i would go to force wave, its much more useful through out the game

Plus, force wave also has a chance of stunning affected enemies

As for driods, im 80% sure force wave works on them
Soon more stuff will come here, but I guess I will just put one of my favortie websites (besides Game Banshee)
here
{Its Homestar Runner}

I don't think wave works on droids, but I can't quite remember... I'd definitely go with wave, though. It's cheap FP-wise, it does damage (half of which is applied regardless of saving throw), and the push effect can't be saved against.

Wave -vs- Stasis.

Prefer statsis as a lightsider. Wave is neutral so better suited for going dark and looking for stun sneak attack.

Worked great on my last scoundrel/guardian run.
