If you shift-click on the necklace in your inventory, it should give you a description (at least it does if you have the official patch). If I remember right, it gives you immunity to some poison gases.

ya i dont have the patch installed ill d/l it after i beat the game so i dont have to do the game over agian like im doing right now cause my hard drive crashed

any know a link i can get it from

and what are the perks from the fan patch

and the offical patch
