In BG2 you hit Esc and the screen minimizes, you can then go on the net review a FAQ and pop back into the game without the hassle of quiting and starting the program
With morrowind what is the corresponding command ?
Try the windows button on the keyboard, lower lefthand side windows symbol, is the minimize for most programs. good luck.

If you're on PC you can always use Alt-Tab. It takes some time on ocsasion (and the return usually takes noticable more), nevertheless it works for me. You have to have some another window open, say, Notepad, to have where to switch to, though.
