Creeper Inventory Wiped Out!

Post by FRAGZILLA »

I dont know if this is a coincidence or not but here goes...

I am level 55 now and have been selling Creeper loot on a regular basis now thoughout the game. In total I've sold him over 2mil worth of stuff. Now fo rthe wierd part...

I just went to Mournhold for the first time. While their I slayed the Cark Botherhood and bough a few Grand Gems. When I returned to Creeper to sell loot from my trip to Mournhold, his inventory was WIPED CLEAN except for a couple potions. Where did all the stuff I sold him go?????????

Ok, regarding my post about Creeper not buying at full value...

Apparently the 4K Glass Dagger that I was trying to sell's Condition was 0/400 so effecively it was worthless -- D'oh!. Once repaired, Creeper bought it for full value so the oversight was mine. But his inventory is still gone. Good thing I didn't sell him anything important -- I hope.

Theory: I had so many items in the room and in crates, bags, sacks, etc. that the game created an 'Overflow Loot Bag'. Everything I set down went into the bag once I left and reentered. Maybe I reached some game limit for the number of items I sold, had placed on the ground or both. Is it possible that the game purged the items? It is a mystery. All the stuff in the room is there, just the stuff I had sold to Creeper has vanished. Bizzarro.

A tip for easy way to spot mudcrab. Buy around 50 candles and place them in a ring around his island ;) Now just levitate up and he should be much easirr to spot and get to without using the mark and ecall spell. Good Luck.
I used to hate going to weddings because the old people would always say,"You Next! You Next!" Now I go to funerals and tell them the same thing.

Good idea. Do they ever go out? Or do they burn forever? Can you use torches?
