i keep hearing about these plugins but i dont know where to get them. I have a really good computer and i want to add all i can to morrowind but i dont know where to download any of the plugins.
I especially want the quiver and longsword one where you can see it if its not equipped.
If anyone can tell me sites that have plugins it would be appreciated....

Check the links on "The Morrowind Yellow Pages" sticky thread on this forum. Its the first thread listed, shouldn't be to hard to find. Open it up and see what the posts say about links to sites with plug-ins. The Official Elder Scrolls III site has a nice set of plug-ins that are proven safe.
