Quick question. Can you dual wield one handed weapons. If so how?

Now, what do you really mean by that? If you mean "two handed weapons" the answer is NO. If you actually mean what you are writing there... well, it is obviusly YES

yes! as both the game and manual says!..simply equip the other in your shield slot
