On wich level are you supposed to dual class your conjurer into a mage or your mage into a conjurer. Wich is best?

They are both mages so WTF? is it even possible to dual a mage into a specialist mage ?
The problem is that the people with the most ridiculous ideas are always the people who are most certain of them.
