High end levels

I am becomming vairly strong in Morrowind I am at level 20 something currently and it seems I can kill every creature. I looked at my Morrowind Prophecies and noticed that there is only one creature near my level Ascended Sleeper (25)

I have a difficulty tab, perhaps I should raise it, but I still have a little trouble with Dremora Lords.

Do creatures get harder, or do you guys out there with level 35-40 chars have no problem taking anything? What level is the last guy you have to kill in the main quest?

Also, where can I find some Daedric Armor? So far I have the shield and helm. I have looted numerous Dremora and Dremora lords without seeing one piece of Daedric armor.

try killing dren oval, (or sumin like that) in dren plantation it wont mess up main quests or nethin cos he has 2 b killed 2 become grandmaster of house hlallu newayz and also in the 5th trial, he has loads of deadric armor wepons and ebony in his house + on him and his bodyguards do 2

*Daedric Tower shields are random loot of Golden Saints.
*Daedric Boots are in Galom Daues, n/w of Tel Uvirith.
*Daedric Greaves are in Dren Plantation, behind Dren on the shelf.
*Daedric Cuirass is a reward from Therena, but you can only get it if you are in House Telvanni.
*Daedric Gauntlets are in the Lava Chambers of Kogoruhn, near the shadow sheild for the main quest.
*Daedric Pauldrons are only on Diyvath Fyr.

Instead of going through all that trouble, couldn't I just kill him. Or is he important to the main quest?
