Any cure for "stun"?
If a character is stunned, is there any spell which will remove the condition, or do you just have to wait for it to go away?
Dispel magic works on hold person, but I'm unsure about if it works with stun. Can't remember trying. I would assume it would work, but you know what happens when we assume...

Remove paralysis works on hold person but not stun. Stun is a nasty spell--even free action doesn't help against it.
Dispel magic (at least the godly Inquisitor version) works on everything I've encountered except some creature's native attack forms that aren't considered magical. I believe it will get rid of stun, but not the mind flayer's psi-blast and intelligence drain, the vampire's energy drain, or the shadow's strength drain.
If you're getting really annoyed with waiting on spell effects to wear off and you don't mind cheating to get rid of them, you can add "Debug mode=1" to your bauldur.ini file under "Program Options" and then use the ctrl-T to get rid of hostile spell effects. Warning: this will also heal your entire party, which may not be a good thing if you want to play the game fairly.
A cool feature for BG3 would be for non-damaging, short duration hostile spell effects to wear off automatically when combat is over. Either that, or a "take a break" button that allows you to kill an hour of game time in a few seconds of real time.

try this for stun.
Priest spells - level 5.
Chaotic Commands.
I read someplace that this works. Just remember to cast it before going to a fight
however this spell won´t help against the "brain sucking".
