Hexedit codes for feat cheats?

Does anybody know where in the hex file the feats are kept? i would love to have a two-handed character with 2h defense and cleave, along with weapon focus (sort of a Ginsu master). I would also like to know if anybody knows how to "force" a sorceror to learn specific spells (like identify, magic missile, fireball, cloudkill...).
Also, I made the mistake of picking up both Thrommel and the weaver before leaving the Temple, and now the game locks up every time I try to teleport to town. I just read the posts on how to create magic weapons (I wondered why there were so few to be found), but now I am in the elemental nodes and there seems to be no "safe" area in which to raise my +s. We are not playing well with the galeb duhr, understandably. Ooops. Am I fooked?

there are no safe places in the Temple.

Don't know anything about cheats.

AH HA! there are safe places! find a very narrow hallway that is long enough to fit oyur party in with out anybody too close to the ends and rest. if monsters come (which happens very rarely) they usually get stuck on the void area on either side, leaving you with plenty of time to kill them w/o any danger. they usually won't even come! the best hallway i've found is the one next to kelno. the only rule to this is that it works very well w/ 8hour rests, and decreasilngly so as you add time. it's nice b/c i totally rushed into the temple and after every battle my party has like 4 guys at 1hp and no spells left. try it!

I meant safe for item creation. There are a lot of places to rest for 8 hours.
