The Star Forge can create anything, pretty much. The obvious answer is that you get a set exactly alike to Revan's previous one.

"Created by the mystical technology of the Star Forge", "the Star Forge would be capable of producing an item of such power a SECOND TIME"...heres seems that the first one were created by the star forge

Well, Reven must have found out about the star forge somewhere which is why he knew to look in the ruins on Dantooine.
Perhaps he found the robes that had already been made by someone who found the star forge?
hhhhmmm, it would be more likely that one of the Rakata had the robes, as if a human had found the forge then it would probably have shown up in the Jedi chronicles. But the Rakata are pretty big, and the robes are made for a midget it would seem.

Even if Revan's robes were created by the Star Forge, it could just be that he liked the look of the first iteration so much that the ones that popped out of the Star Forge were identical in appearance.

Or possibly the game developers felt that it would be easily programmed player gratification if they threw in a second robe *you* could own. And to hell with logic. ;)
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.

hhhhmmmm, that didn't occur to me. The Sith must have found it, obviously, but presumably when they built the temple it hadn't self repaired enough to show any of the co-ordinates of the other planets with star maps on? That would be why the Sith hadn't discovered the star forge before.

Actually, I've found the Star Forge robes (Light Side) much better than Darth Revan's Robes. +5 Wisdom and +2 all saves is much better than +4 Strenght and +1 regen (which doesn't really make a difference). So no. You're wrong

You fight many Dark Jedi, Malak's Apprentices and Malak himself on the Star Forge. How can you believe the Sith hadn't found the Star Forge, when Malak is the cornerstone of the Sith?
