Ah, all those are Winzip files. Once you've downloaded them, you need to open them with Winzip and extract them to your Morrowind Data Files folder. In Winzip, click on the Extract button, select All Files, check the Use Folder Names option, set the Extract to: folder to Morrowind, then click Extract. All the files should go where they belong in the Data Files folder, since Rhedd so kindly included the proper path names.
