I cant seem to find Gentlemen Jim Stacy

The last thieves guild quest giver... i have accomplished all of the other givers requests and all i kno is that stacy is located in the foreign quarter of vivec in some bookstore... but i cant find him... any suggestions or knowledge of his location? thanks

minor spoiler

he is below the lower waistworks in the foreign quarter ( I think its called canalworks). There is a bookstore down there with a locked door which you have to pick to talk to him. If you don't see a bookstore down there go back up to the lower waistworks and walk to the opposite side and go down to the canalworks from there.

hmmm, i have checked in the canal works but with no luck, i did find a bookstore but no Stacey...

The book store is owned by Simine Fraline in the canal works beneath the lower waistworks.
