Do you mean that restores 5 points of you health each second or does it mean it adds 5 points of health to the total?

Hmmm. I found something interesting. I was exploring the jail and dungeon below Tel Vos, and came across the five journal entries from the foreman of the old construction crew. Near the last entry, I saw a Flame Atronach, so I killed him with a bunch of cold spells. I never tried to see if the Flame Atronach would talk to me, and never game him a chance to attack me first. The last note said: "He is here!" Did I kill something that I should have spoken with? Are there any quests associated with the journal pages?
That there; exactly the kinda diversion we coulda used.

No, I think this one is just a teaser. You run across more than a few of those if you really do some exploring.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Thanks, Sojourner ;)

Okay, another question: I've never been able to find the Sixth House lair near Balmora that, if cleared, will allow the Sleepers to wake up and stop bugging me....

I believe that's the one in the Foyada near Fort Moonmoth. Just follow the foyada south until you see a door. ;) I can't recall the name at the moment.

Do you mean Hassour? If so, it's also one of the Ald Ruhn temple quests - I think the last one they give you. I didn't know clearing it out caused the Balmora sleepers to awake, I thought it had to do with how far my char had progressed in the main plot. Does the same apply for awakening the sleepers in other towns?

Okay, here's my character, DW, as promised. Aldath the Argonian is sporting Silk Pants, a Brocade Shirt, Racer Leather Belt, and his Savior's Hide. He holds a nasty little dagger, looking both threatening and lovable at the same time!

Yes, that's the one! And yes, the same applies to other 6th House bases with Dagoths.

Just thought everyone should know. ;)

Hey! Has anyone found that breton guy on the other side of the river at Suran? I did and I had to take him to Molag Mar and his business (a khajit what are they, drug dealers.......... )partner and all she gave me was a stinkin amulet of light worth 14gp!! ...........

I think people underestimate marksman because before, I went to a Daedric Shrine and killed a Golden Saint in 2 SHOTS! lol! and my marksman was at like 46 and I was only at lvl 8! :p

and I just wanna ask, does anyone know any funny ppl in the game? I heard that theres a Orc skooma addict in one Daedric shrine who thinks hes a Khajit, you can even compliment him on his tail :D

And I even heard that sum guy made a little fort out of PILLOWS! lol! (not NPC but a guy who played the game)~ :p
Has anyone heard of the guy or IS the guy (or gal) that did that? I even remember seeing a website on it loooooooooooooonnnnnnng ago when I was a weee Altmer.. :p

Sleeper awakenings (SPOILERS)

Possible Spoilers:

I can't really think of any other 6th House lairs near towns that have "Dagoth's" in them. Most are in Lost Kogoruhn or Red Mountain. There's the one Ash Vampire "Dagoth" in Mamaea, Sanctum of Awakening but its not near anything. Also there's the ash ghoul "Dagoth" in Ilinibi - but only if you go in after the Blade quest to do it is given. Are there lairs with Dagoth's that I just haven't found that affect Sadrith Mora, Vivic, Ald'Ruhn, etc. that work similar to Haasour/Balmora?

I seem to remember that the 6th House lair on a small island to the west of Ebonheart was the one that awakened the sleepers in Vivic... I'll look around for it and figure out the name.
