Looking int SK I found the existence of that cursed sword, but I don't remember where you find it, any idea of where do you get it legit?

It is a hold-over from an easter egg in BG1. If you have both the Ancient Armor (from the Firewine Ruins) and the Idol of Kozah (from the Archaeological Dig on the Commander Brage map), then the Ghost of Ulcaster will give you the Vampire's Revenge sword. There is no place in BG2 to get it.
