Alchemy tools

Can somebody advise me, where is possibile to find/buy/steal secret master alchemy equipment? It should be in some of Telvanni towns, but I am not sure.

Caldera Mages Guild building, go up the stairs to the tower. There's a full set of Master alchemy equipment left all alone. Like taking candy from a baby...

This is not what I mean... These tools I already have. I mean SECRET master equipment - even better than grandmaster, Mortar&Pestle has quality 5.

As far as I can tell (and I don't think anyone can tell you anything with 100% certainty about this huge game) there are no such items to be found in the game.

I've never found or heard of any "secret" alchemy gear. You can use the skooma pipe as a piece of alchemy gear however. Not sure if or how it affects the potions made. Where did you hear of this secret equipment?

maybe hes thinking like there secret master hammer and brobe and lock picks maybe he thinks theres a secret master mortar and stuff.

This Secret master set is contained in editor, but I am not sure if it is also used in game.
