How do I access Ribald's secret stash?

I am not sure if this is one of those areas that is only available in the "special" editions of the game or not but I just can't find it. I have the standard edition so am I wasting my time? If not, would someone please explain how I might access the secret stash in the Adventurer's Mart.

The secret stash will be available to you just after you exited the Underdark (end of chap 6 ithink)

Though the Mart's new merchandise isn't very good, espacially after the Underdark's Plate Mail +5 ;-)

What all did you guys think of the high-end gear you can scrounge in the Underdark? Of course getting the rest of the stuff for Crom Feyhr was uber-sweet...
