Morag Tong mission help

Ok, I have been given a writ to assassinate this guy on the northern continent, but alas, I cant find him. My journal tells me:

to go to dagon fell (no problem),
then take the road south past the Dweemer ruins (again, no problem here),
then head west until a road goes south west to the coast, and that from here a place called shara or something is to the south, and that my "assassinee" is somewhere around there.
where in Vvardenfell is this character? If someone has done this mission for the Morag tong and can tell me where to go It'd make me a happy chimp

Time to pull out that paper map. Look at the western end of the island on which Dagon Fell is located. The building with the domed roof is Shara.
