I am interested in importing my BG char into SoA. I would like my char to have max HP when starting SoA. Do I need to force-reload every lvl up in BG to get max HP, or does SoA start my imported char. with max HP?

In SoA you can use the *normal* setting. If you do, you will always get max hp every level up.
