Hmmm you mean that halfdragon-baalor???
that is tough battle because he is invulnurable to fire or electric.
so you must kill him physically(no problem if have 20th level monk)
or with divine/cold spells< cone of cold/hammers of god etc.>

Halfdragon Baalor

Hi there, I also seem to have some trouble with the baalor, it just won't die. I can't use any spells, i'm just a fighter :(
My Henchman, Tommy Undergalows can harm him, but he gets killed within 2 seconds, So i use my stone of recall, get tommy back, go at it again, last time i went back and forth 8 times, and the Baalor was only Injured. Sugestions Anyone??

That Balor was tough, but I had no real trouble with a pure Fighter or pure Sorcerer at "Standard D&D Rules" difficulty, so I don't really have any advice on the encounter itself. You could try buying every single kind of buff potion (Potion of Blessing, Potion of Bark Skin, Potion of Cat's Dexterity, etc.) available, use them both on yourself and your henchman, and try again. If that doesn't work, you can always lower the difficulty of the game.

If you could be more specific on your character (level, feats, spells if applicable), we might be of more assistance.

If he's not immune to knockdown(can't remember since it's been awhile) then use that, beat him while he's down and repeat. Yeah Tomi sucks at combat. Go back and get Daelan or the monk.

You could also try having Protection From Evil or Circle of Protection: Evil cast on yourself. I don't believe the cleric NPCs offer that in a form other than scrolls, so it would require letting Tomi go for a moment and recruting Linu La'Naeral towards that goal, but I've had trouble with letting my henchmen go in the past - they wouldn't want to come back and join me (they said they were already recruited by someone else).

:D Thanks for the tips, I finally got him! :D

I used every type of potion that i had on myself and Tomi,
than i hit the Baalor with knockdown, and while he was down Tomi kicked it's ass (all my weapons had no effect on him). Tomi stood behind a wall so the Baalor didn't pay attention to him (a small bug perhaps), so he could sneak attac him. I was constantly healing myself and trying to knock the Baalor down, and it worked!

Yippee!!

Thanks to you all :D

It's not a bug. A character that is knocked down counts as prone (i.e. unable to take any action, similar to when stunned, paralyzed, etc.) and as such can be sneak attacked. Of course, some enemies are immune to critical hits, which also makes them immune to sneak attacks, but that's another story :)
