What house do you need to be in to be able to obtain any daedric item of your choice?

You don't have to join any house to get the daedric weapon reward. Dram Bero offers the weapons as a reward. He's a house father or councilor for Hlaalu. You just need to find the lost mine and tell him about it.

i think its in st olms but im not sure its in one of the st.
its the haunted manor in the plaza bellow the main floor of the manor youll find him in a room with 2 other ppl i think.
