Bhaal does not follow in candlekeep

Post by mithrarian »

Hello to everybody!

Did anyone find that Bhaal does not follow the main character in the dream sequence of candlekeep when entering the building?

I am playing in multiplayer mode with a solo character. (Ok, I admit it is strange, ok). Did anyone find any solution to this bug?

Thank you for your help!

You have to let him approach you and do some dialogue before he will follow you in.

Nothing there Squee.

You must first talk to Bhaal, and maybe to Imoen. Then he should follow you, but dont run like hell (: D). Try to lure him in else there is a change he wont enter the liberary.

Hope this helps, and welcome to the forum

I think he meant to say that if you post spoiler-ish questions you should highlight-to-see them.
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak

IIRC, this is a known bug for playing solo in a multi-player game. Try moving your save game to the single-player folder, play this in single-player mode until you get past this point, then move your save game to the multiplayer folder.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
