How do I use the catapult in the JAIL BREAK part, i goto use the catapult and it says "The battle still rages on the far bank. If you have plans for this catapault, they will have to wait." How do I use it.

You have already tossed it over into the prison part? If you haven't, you have to turn into an earth elemental and toss it over. If you have, you should get a dialogue when you click on the catapult giving you the option to turn the catapult or fire it. If not, you may be experiencing a bug. I don't think I ever got that particualr response to my attempts to use the catapult. Restart and reload from an earlier save if you need to.
