i was just reading about the "ultimate party 2" and it says,
"If you want to play the game without cheating (that means you have an experience cap)," - YA WOT?
meaning theres a way to remove the EXP cap!?

Well, there are certain programs you can download that actually raises, or removes the exp. cap. But I don't know where you can find them, sorry... I don't like cheating...
Btw, mods are NOT cheating!

MODs can be pretty cheese intensive (Valen, anyone?)
The Ease of Use Mod includes an EXP cap remover. However, unless you're playing with under 4 characters or otherwise fiddling your EXP, you won't reach the cap in ToB.
I have given up all lesser evils as inadequate to my purpose.
