while playing and you find a shot you wish to keep press the print screen key to the right of your F12 key.
then when not in the game double click my computer.
then double click on what ever drive you have the game loaded in.
then find the folder you have the game loaded in and open it.
you will find the screen shots at the bottom of these files.
place your curser over any screen shot icon and double click it.
the screen shot should open to full size same as what you saw in the game.

Never look back when your running.

lol! Somebody had to recently explain this to me as well
Before you can actually take a screenshot you need to go into your Morrowind folder (likely under C Drive in "Program Files"). Once there, look for an icon that ressembles a notepad with an orange tool thingy across it. This should be called "Configuration Settings." Double click to open it and scroll slightly down; you'll see a heading entitled "Screen shot Enable."
Change it so that it reads: Screen shot Enable=1
note:
This could just be my older machine, but one thing I have noticed is that prior to taking a screen shot I have to slide the light setting in game options (under "video") to maximum, because the resulting screen shots are considerably darker than the original in-game image.
