so can i sell all 6 bags of crystal? or is there some use for them l8r in the game?

i must be carrying at least 100 crystal, prolly more (chapter 2 btw) inc 3 rogue stones, i know that i need 1 of them, which ones can i sell, already used a diamond on the horn of valhalla, but which others should i keep?

the only gems you need are a rogue stone for the twisted rune..and a diamond and a beljuril gem for the horn..yes it can be upgraded another time..the beljuril is gotten from the chicken quest in umar hills..but i find that the 9th lvel beserker doesnt equals a efreeti from the efreeti bottle..the genie got spells and stays for 10 rounds..the beserker returns to valhalla after 30 secs

when summmoning, eg i just had to face 30 undead, i summon as many animal spells + elements, usually conjour the 2 mountain bears, earth + air element, the miniature spider + bezerker + effretti + whatever else i can, undead too

A Beljuril gem can also be found in Fierkraag's lair. In the ruined temple (the map where you encounter Tazok) is a part seemingly hewn out of rock, forming some sort of cavern, with a few Golems. In the back, behind those Golems is a stash, which contains a Beljuril gem as well.

Thats where i found it... 2 things now..

Is there any way of getting an item as powerful as the Rift device (wand used against the unseeing eye) permenantly in the game without cheating?
How do I start the chicken quest?? I know where the ppl are with the chicken... I'll go back there and talk with them again, but is there anything special i need to do?

If you exit the village to the north (along the house of the wizard), you stumble upon four people to your left, and a lone guy somewhat further north.

Talk to that guy, and be NICE to him. Last time I was not so friendly, made some sarcastic remarks and now he refuses to talk with me. But if you talk to him, somewhere along the way he'll mention something about the gem, and trigger the quest.

If you somehow pissed him off, don't worry - you can still get the gem. Just pickpocket the correct chicken!
