what is the best thing to enchant?

i was wondering what the best item to enchant was, as in what has the most enchnt points.. I have a grand soul gem with a golden saint and im dying to use it

ebony staff I believe (if I remember right)

do a search on here...shouldn't be hard to find at all

I believe it's exquisite amulet and ring.

ebony staff has about 70 enchant points
exquisite amulets and rings have 120 i think
you'll get the best result from exquisite clothes and jewellery, armor doesnt enchant well

According to UESP the top 3 best things to enchant are:

1) Deadric Tower Sheild - 225
2) Deadric Sheild - 150
3) Ebony Tower Shield - 150
