how do i update this game? i dont get it...how do you do it if the PC ure playing it on doesnt have internet connection????

IF you don't have the connection, then you can't update. Though, you could download the patch, burn it onto a CD, and then update that way.

what if i install it on a internet connection PC then update it then play on the other PC? would that work??

No. If you have a PC with internet connection that you can install the game on, why not just play it on that machine?

Look, if you can install it on your sister's PC, patch it and then transfer it back to your PC, then why not just download the patch with your sister's PC and transfer that over to begin with?

Download the patch on your sisters pc, save it on a cd, floppy, zip, whatever and install it on yours.
