I have just found that there are souls you can trap for the later enchanting of constant-effect items besides Golden Saints, Ascended Sleepers (never found one of those yet) and Vivec.
For example, some dude called Dahrk Mezalf that looks like a Dwarven Spectre (but is a good deal tougher), was in a Dwemer ruin North of Mar Gan. I soul-trapped him, and saw he was worth 80,000 (in a Grand Soul Gem of course). His high value made me wonder, so the next time I met an enchanter, I looked to see if using that soul gem gave me a constant effect choice, and it does.
I also tried entrapment on Dagoth Tanis (Falasamaryon, also North of Mar Gan). He was a 55,000 value, but no CE with that one.
Are there many other creatures that allow CE enchantment besides the usual ones?

The head of the guild asked a new prospect to descibe himself in as few words as possible. The prospect made it in one, "Concise".
Most CE creatures have a price value of 80,000 like the golden saint and the ascendant sleeper. (which can be found in Red Mountain) Some characters, like Vivec or Dagoth Ur can be soultrapped, but NPCs can't... So to answer your question... nope heh. Even Daedras or Daedroths, and Winged TWilights come up to 60,000. There's basicaly not much that can get you that CE. With the exception of the Giants mod with the Dragons hehe.

Dude, i have to tell you, personally i've never soultrapped them, It's not my #1 calling to go around trapping souls, and i thought that since Dagoth Ur and Vivec were NPCs they couldn't be soultrapped, but their marked as "creatures" they can be soul trapped, or atleast, this is what some very reliable sources have told me.
