Please tell me all the things you can play as in these versions if you have the addons or goty edition! i really want to know!

If you are talking about downloadable plug-ins there are whole sites dedicated to them, there must be thousands of different add-in mods out there. Apparently The Summit (the link for it is in the Morrowind Yellow Pages sticky) is a very good source.

Since it is my first time through the game I'm basically sticking with the vanilla version. The only thing I've done is download a mod called 'a good cottage' which provides me with a great place to store my gear just outside of Balmora.

fair enough! i only meant the stating race's you can get as in when you get off the boat.
