Cloak of Balduran

where can i actually find this cloak of balduran, i saw it at shadowkeeper and it seemed quite ownage, i thought it was a leftover from bg 1 because it wasn' in the walkthrough. But i recently read this tank topic where it was noticed so im quite curious.
Also, where can i make joluv appear if i don't have the pre-order edition

as far as I know (not very far) you can only get the cloak of balduran if you carry it on you in person when you finish BG1 and then just before you meet irenicus for the first time you pause and you can take of any equip that you want to keep..... it will end up on the floor and you can then pick it up after irenicus runs off

The other way to get it, without just using SK:

Install Tactics Mod, and defeat the lich in the docks. Its a fun fight, and the cloak seems a well balanced reward.

At least this way, you feel like you earned this lovely cloak
