Bodhi's Lair
I am just starting Chpt. 3 & I haven't been to the Graveyard District at all. Could I go to Bodhi's Lair & defeat her completely so that I wont have to go back later on in the game? Also, could I defeat Bodhi before I go to the ShadowKeeper & skip his last task? If so how do I defeat her before hand?

The simple answer: No
The area changes depending on which chapter you are in. I dont think Bodhi is even on the map at your stage in the game.
When the story progresses in chapter 3 you face her and fight - but even then, the game doesnt let you kill her. That would spoil the story.
