mantle of the force

i have read its on the yavin station. but on the station there is only 1 "man" he only sell some armors and not a mantle. i play pc version. and have completed leviathan. i play dark side and need the kashyyyk star map...... when can i find tha matle..

You have to return a few times to the space station after finding some parts of the star map and involve yourself in the unfolding plot.
After the "incidents" the merchant sells new items - including the Mantle of the Force and Heart of the Guardian crystals.

i found ( bought) them, but, i dont understand the power of them. after all i know they only change the colog of my lightsabers. i use one saber in each hand. with the mantle in one and heart in the other. But they dont do any modifications to my sabers . Can someone tell me the power of them

They alter the proberties of the other 2 crystals mounted in the lightsabre.
