I'm suposse to find this mad ex. elit guard, who had runned off, (cause he threats Godship Almalexia)
and kill him... The problem is... she never sees where he is (Salas Valor).. I think she said something about the sewers... and the streets... but nothing else, am I suppose to turn Mournhold up side down.. to find him? And is there anybody to ask... Where he is? (in the game)
What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
