You got Emridy Meadows from Terjon, Imeryds Run from Grud, Deklo Grove from Tarim - okay.
That's it.
The only other world map areas are Temple-related - once you get the Temple, you can access the Ruined Tower, the Burnt Farmhouse, and the Ruined House - but they are devoid of monsters and quests (although the Tower is full of Temple bad guys and links you to the Escape Tunnel and Falrinth's section of the Temple dungeon level 3).
There is also the Moathouse Cave Exit - another empty area.
If you do the evil Temple quests once inside the Temple dungeon, Allrem will give you a quest that opens up the Ogre Cave.
But that's it - the game is mostly about Hommlet, Nulb, and the Temple.
Now, insofar as quests that DON'T open new areas are concerned, you can talk to a bunch of people in Hommlet and Nulb - I won't bore you with the list unless you're interested, since you may already have done them.

Well - you may be a bit disappointed - Allrem, the Fire Priest, will ask you to complete three quests - the ogre quest is the 2nd.
After you've tried to recruit Oohlgrist, Allrem will ask you to recruit a bunch of ogres in a cave he'll mark on your map. You'll go there, the chief won't want to join, so you'll fight the ogres, and when you start winning, they'll relent and join. That's really it. Then, of course, you report back to Allrem and get his last quest.
All the Elemental Priests have quests - but they are evil, and oriented on having you join the Temple rather than destroy it - the priests just bicker and compete with one another for power.
Sorcerer's Place has a walkthrough for all the quests (courtesy of JaggedJim) in their ToEE section. You can check it out if you'd like:

Hey, BTW:
I just did the ogre cave thing, and I didn't have to fight or anything - I had the option through dialogue to tell the ogre chief that if he joined the fire temple, he'd have lots of food, things to bash, and a place to sleep.
The cave is really small and plain, with about 5-6 ogres in it.
In other words, you're not missing much.
