Practice, practice, practice
Besides practicing a lot there are a couple of important trainers. One is fortunately in Caldera in the big mansion. You got gold, he's got training. You can't miss him. He's the dark elf retainer of to the master of the manor. If he doesn't get you to where you want you can always make the dangerous and long trek to the master trainer at Falasmaryon. He's in a hut on top of the fort. Its marked on your map. For bows you can hardly beat a daedric bow. There are a couple in the game. One is in a daedric shrine near Maar Gan (do the Ald Ruhn Temple quest to show "compassion" to heal a diseased orc - that's the shrine you want). There are two entrances - one at ground level that takes you to the sick orc and one up in the hills that takes you to the rear chamber where the bow is located. You'll need to be able to levitate to get to it. You can go in either entrance as there is a door from the shrine area to the rear chamber. Another daedric bow can be obtained from Dram Bero (Olms Canton, Haunted mansion). But you need to find the location of a certain lost mine for him. The mine is called Vassir-Didanat Cave. Go to Balmora and head south out of the town along the river until you come to a bridge. Cross the bridge heading east and go up to the edge of the mountains. Along there is the lost cave he seeks. You don't have to explore inside, just find it (enter it and leave again) and then find Dram Bero. He will offer you a choice of weapons (all daedric but he doesn't say they are). Choose the bow. Then there is a daedric bow on the smuggler woman in the sewers below Mournhold. I think its the woman that works for the pawnbroker in Mournhold - his secret source, so to speak.
