I am pleased to announce the fourth release of the Banter Packs for Baldur's Gate 2, the first at its new PPG home.
It's no secret that one of the most popular, enduring elements of Baldur's Gate 2 is the inter-party dialogue, or "banter", that crops up from time to time, making the characters and gameworld seem more alive.
The Banter Packs add several new banters, representing hundreds of new lines of dialogue, to BG2. No special intervention is required on the part of the player... just go about your business and enjoy the new scenarios as they appear.
Release 4 adds another dozen new dialogues, bringing the package just shy of 50 new conversations. Making their debut this time are Imoen commentaries about Edwina (accounting both for the possibility that she missed the fun, or that she is present during the "crisis"), a Minsc/Lilarcor/Keldorn banter, a talk between Cernd and the PC about death and destruction, a confrontation between Aerie, Anomen, and Sarevok, and a friendly battle of linguistics and wits between Nalia and Yoshimo.

I think you posted on our forums but I just thought I'd chime in for the record--the banter packs are actually among the most bug-free mod out there, since there's really not much that can go wrong.
(It appeared from the bug report that Luther installed the game patch and/or TOB, and/or some .tlk overwriting mod out of order.)

That's definitly possible since I installed a lot of mods. I'm not sure which ones alter the .tlk file though. I was pretty careful to install SOA--TOB--patch--Baldurdash fixpack--non-weidu mod (none really except for a non-weidu happy script. The Weidu ease of use would not install that portion for some reason.) then Weidu mods. If you're interested enough, I can tell you the order of mods that I installed.
I think I'll uninstall everything, wipe out all my files and then install over from scratch being very careful. Hopefully my save game won't inherit the problems. Right now I have some quests that won't rigger because the dialogue is screwed up, namely the unseeing eye quest.
